What is Dupuis Live?
Our latest service allows you to see and hear the auctioneer in real time and was developed to make your auction purchasing even more convenient.

How do I register for live bidding?
1) Create your personalized dupuis.ca account in advance with our easy sign-up procedure. From the “my account” page, click on "Request Dupuis Live Access". Please keep in mind that if you have not bought from us before we will require a photo id and/or bank references.
2) Once your request is approved, you will be notified via email.
3) On the day of and prior to the time of the sale, launch the Dupuis Live from the home page and login using your username and password.

Will Dupuis confirm that I have been approved for live bidding?
Yes. Dupuis will confirm via email that you are all set to go.

I have bought from Dupuis before, do I still need to create a dupuis.ca account?
No. If you have bought in the past 3 years, please call us at 1-800-879-8975 and we will enable you to bid live.

What if I just want to watch the sale, do I still need to register?
No. If you simply want to watch the sale in progress you can do that without registering.

What  is the advantage of Dupuis Live as opposed to telephone bid?
As long as you have access to a computer (PC or Mac), you can bid from wherever you are and on whatever Lots you're interested in without actually being at the auction. As helpful and professional as our Bidding staff are, you'll have more precise control over your bid if you don't have to rely on one of them to do your bidding for you.

Will I be charged a different buyer's premium if I buy through Dupuis Live?
No. Our standard buyer's premium applies to every purchaser.

What do I need in order to bid though the internet?
1) You need a PC or Mac computer with Flash.
2) You need to be registered for Dupuis Live through our website.

What is the deadline for Dupuis Live registration?
Registration for Dupuis Live will be closed 5 days before the sale.

I still haven't received my Dupuis Live registration confirmation email?
Generally we will try to get back to you within 3 business days. If you have any questions or concerns please give us a call at 1-800-879-8975.

What if I have trouble registering can someone help me?
Dupuis staff will be glad to assist you with the registration process. If you are experiencing difficulties or have questions, please call us at 1-800-879-8975. Dupuis encourages you to resolve any questions before the auction as we cannot guarantee our assistance while the auction is in progress.
